Existing flooring in changerooms and occupied tenant spaces are outdated and damaged. Existing saunas in the changerooms are inactive and will be converted to janitor closets.  New drains are required to improve drainage in the changerooms.  Minor plumbing, mechanical and electrical work will be required.
